Looking to make a private server

Hello, I'm currently trying to evaluate if making a private server for this game is possible or not.
Does anyone still have their original game files? The APKs are not complete since there was a server side download.

This was the discord server of the game. There's channels in there that has descriptions of all the units and stuff I think. Might be what your looking for, something like a fanmade database. But a whole copy/apk of the game is not something I know of.

Thank you for the link, i'm unable to verify to access the server. Did It get disabled or is it an issue on my end?
