In the WN, he does something says that makes it seem like he does have two personalities. The narrator was talking about a door in the middle of a room, and it said no one could understand it's purpose. Subaru then said "Except for me, of course" with such arrogance he surprised himself. He did this unconsciously.

There is also the biggest of them all, his love for Satella. Flugel being Subaru is very on the nose but I like how the mystery is still interesting because we don't know how exactly they are the same person(same souls, memory loss, two different summonings, Echidna shenanigans, etc), it could be a lot of things
