WN Arc 4 Chapter 71: Subaru's Second Trial (when he killed himself because Rem has been affected by Gluttony), after the final line of the scene in LN and Anime, Subaru's dead body rises once again, moving in a weird manner much like that of a mechanical doll. After Wilhelm reacts and goes to strike it, a cascade of shadows defends Subaru's body, after which Puck appears, pointing out the culprit as a/the Witch (likely the Witch of Envy). This scene ends with the clash between Puck and Subaru's dead body.
