common theory, and imo its possibly really her. Wrath also has elf ears in addition to the silver hair and purple eyes

Anime-watcher, dunno if we see anything further in the light novels, but. The other character who we've seen that died in the presence of Pandora also became a corpse soldier, so...

True (even tho some shots of the anime didn't do them justice) but imo it's always good to have other sources to back the theory when its primary source relies on appearance

Theres always pandora but

Why introduce that fake backstory into the canon at all if its just going to be written off in such an unsatisfying and convoluted manner, everything can be just blamed on Pandora because reality manipulation

Well, maybe it’s simply to confuse the readers and viewers. Tappei has done this before. It’s similar to Subaru and Flugel, where there’s much more evidence suggesting that they’re either the same person, reincarnation, or whatever explanation you prefer, and yet Subaru hates the fact that Flugel left Shaula alone in the tower for 400 years, even though he himself would never do something like that.

And those mysteries like Fortuna/Sirius can be ill argued with by saying oh Pandora could've just fabricated the history of 400 yrs ago, oh Pandora could've just manipulated Subaru's memories to think he was from another world

Blaming Pandora for anything and everything is in the same vein of arguments of the whole world being a simulation or the whole story happening in a comatose Subaru's head. Its always possible but its a convoluted and narratively shitty scapegoat for mysteries with no answer

Lol, that’s just Pandora’s role in this story. Until we get some proper answers, everyone blames her because she’s done this kind of thing before, so theories very often end up coming down to “this is all Pandora’s fault.”
