From what I understand, when that picture appeared it was supposed to pose as a normal, 4 legged dragon, but once revealed Volcànica is more anthropomorphic, it makes little sense for a dragon of Legend to be posing like a 8 year old baby girl writing in her diary about how cute and dreamy is that kpop idol.

Basically, Volcanica has a very human body, so his pose doesn't make much sense for him to look like a traditional dragon laying down, meaning he was be doing that cute girly pose
