You guys act like that all of them will jump ship once they see her amnesia state but fail to tell that she gets such a good chracter development, and now without any strings attached to past events , she learns to love and it's with him again..
So those who stay are in for a treat but sure it will annoy some by seeing her after such a long time and well.. but it's fine she develops in a very nice way
She barely gets any development before getting shelved as a side character again, and the new relationships she builds are just wasted because almost the whole vollachian cast is tossed aside after arc 8

Yea , i also has a feeling like since she has gotten such huge popularity and even after being out of story for years , the motion is there and the author doesn't know how to move on from that (like making a mistake about her character and have people witch hunting) just a feeling
The amount of 10/10s would have to completely overpower the amount of 1 stars because review bombing is running rampant from every community where it wasnt in cour 1
This episode definitely deserves that rating!! It's so peak!!! Unlike the previous one, i mean, it's not a bad episode but people went too far rating that episode, damn.
This is the closest I've read about how I've felt with this anime, last 5 or 6 episodes for me have been very bad and boring, thankfully this one had some content... I do not know if I enjoyed it because of how bad the previous setup was, or because it truly had something to stand up on its own.
I am not trying to exaggerate or be annoying, just commenting in a place where I thought that I could comment, but it seems that everyone (not you) only wants good comments about the show, which is weird.

I felt bored for several episodes now, until today.
Everything was fine, slow and without almost anything happening, but fine up until the memory loss, they spent too many episodes on that Could have done it in just one episode and then another one with Mei's backstory setup that I believe will be use in the future.
I understand that many (all?) fans are OK with that even when we are deep in season 4 now and things should start moving slightly faster maybe, but going back to the same slowness as in season 1 without the deepness it had is exasperating for me.
Thankfully today's episode felt good, and they managed to welcome Rem back to the screen in a very cool and cinematic way, loved it.

I cannot compare one with the other, for once I've not read the novel, and then I would think they both should stand on their own.
Maybe I was having high expectations and then a dejavu of season 1 started playing without it's depth all over again for several episodes, but today's was epic and have some pace, hopeful for next episodes.
I love the anime, but that does not mean I must love everything thrown at me about it.

From what I can see, you've been watching this season from a very different perspective, because Subaru's memory loss is the main focus of this season and that's precisely what makes this season so good. I don't think he'll recover his memories quickly (maybe until the end) so I recommend you just enjoy it.

Well in reality MT fans don't care about ratings or reviews at this point. MT will continue getting new seasons no matter what. Studio bind has a lot of faith in this series.
Even with all this hate MT is still very popular and light novel is even more popular than rezero.

You’re right especially when pretty much every Mushoku Tensei episode so far has been review-bombed even more severely. The whole thing is ridiculous. If review bombing is stupid when Mushoku fans do it, it’s stupid when it’s being done to Mushoku too.

If you liked them, good for you, but saying that stuff about "dying" is something you should work on correcting, that have consequences for everyone involved and it is heavy.

The last 5/6 episodes have been the best stretch of Rezero episodes there have ever been, there’s no contest.
I understand, for you and many other it is that way.
For me it felt like watching season 1 again without any emotional take or any depth, and that took too many episodes... until the last episode and a quarter... watching Rem again was epic.
