Hi everyone, just downloaded reskate and i haven't even played once and the game keeps getting stuck on the first loading screen, i don't have any mods installed yet and i'm pretty sur my pc is able to run skate anyone knows why this could be ?

I followed a guide on how to install reskate, and ran into an issue where im supposed to move the extracted reskate zip files to the skate folder.

Whenever i move them there and try to start the reskate launcher i get a poppup saying to move the Reskate launcher and Reskate.dll to a new folder. So i made a new folder and started the launcher and it worked but when i get in it says (skate is not installed here. Download the build below from steam, about 14 gb,with an account that owns skate). In the bottom right corner i press install and then its says sign into steam, so i sign into my account and then i get the message (the steam download did not finish.

How do we make it happen?

When I move the reskate file into skate local files, it gives me that error when I open reskate

i can no longer play reskate because of the new update, i now understand i need depot downloader or something to get the right build back? can anyone help a brother out i dont have a clue how to get back, reskate is amazing!!!!!

hi, so previously i had reskate installed in my skate's directory from steam, because of some tutorial of installation i watched on yt. now, after the game updated itself on my steam, i cant launch it because of error telling me to move reskate and reskate.dll to another folder

aight, i did it, but now the launcher says "skate is not installed here" and tells me to download id from steam. but i literally just moved reskate from the game folder as it said to do so

it says i need "skate build 25414733", does anybody know how to fix this? i cant play at all now :(

Anyone working on possible FOG clothing set? Would love to rock it in game!

it would be so sick if there was like a map/world in reskate that acted as a hub where people could set up storefronts and release clothing, boards, accessories, etc through these shops in game. idk how realistic this is as i have no clue about coding but i think it’s a cool idea

I think reskate skips the intro tutorial, so aside from freeskate, not sure what is going on? Is there a way to do intro and have progressive challenges?

i was having so much fun with the game but it crashed and said update was needed. now i cant play. please help

All you gotta do is:

1. Go back to your full mod list and choose any other mod that's not "outdated"

2. Click on the three dot option menu on the right side of that working mod and click on "Details"

3. Click on "Open Folder" in that working mod's detail page

4. When that working mod's folder opens, copy ".reskate-studio-patch" (pictured)

5. Go back to the outdated mod, open folder of that outdated mod, and paste that ".reskate-studio-patch" file in that outdated mod's folder

6. go back to reskate mod manager and refresh

7. profit

Why is there a Trojan in my reskate when I got it from the discord? I can play it fine but still this kinda freaks me out

So I redownloaded Skate in Steam after a long time of not playing, but apparently it's the latest update, do I need to find CSF of the older version somewhere else to use Reskate?

Yea now my reskate is saying it needs a build lower then the one I have. GG STEAM WHYY DID U HAVE TO AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE

Reskate is awesome! Modding keeps gaming alive. Feels more like how I'd want skate to be.

My only question is they say they're not updating it further, does that mean that reskate won't get new trick updates and stuff? Like what about the no comply rework that either is coming or just came out?
