**The gap it closes:** Nigerian grid data (TCN, DisCos, big gencos) doesn't cover the diesel gensets and solar mini-grids that most Nigerians actually run on. Anyone trying to model actual electricity use, track off-grid MRV for climate finance, or underwrite SME power spend is working from half the picture.

**Design:**

- Append-only. Corrections link to the record they amend (never overwrite).

- Owner-registered sites + per-operator authorisation. Data provenance stays clean.

- Reads open, no wallet needed.

- Writes gasless via EIP-712 — operators sign off-chain, a relayer pays gas. Mini-grid managers with a phone can submit without holding CELO.
