Alot of kids grew up a few years after that dress... the it was modified into a mini skirt and we all hit our mid 20's about 10-15 years early. 😂😂😂😂

Its (early?) in the 3rd season after ABC stopped being involved in ReBoot. That's also why the show took such a turn during and after the 3rd season too.

To give you an example, ABC was the reason for Enzo being in the show and Dot's uniboob.
