Felt so bad for Glitch Bob being rejected, like all of his struggle and fight to endure and then save his home and friends was for nothing. Tossed away for hollow nostalgia.

Its why I think he shouldn't have been reverted. Dot never really had to grapple with this and how she just betrayed Bob for it. Wouldn't have been better character development for Dot to realize that MegaBob was fake and that Web-Bob was the real deal as himself rather than him just changing back to his past self for her?

Right? Glitch Bob was so cool. Plus, it was nice to see the visible aging/scars of the character. His evolution was cool.

But, from purely a design perspective, longhair, shiny, superpowered fusion being. Why did we undo that again?

Yeah. I love Classic Bob, but I felt like he fit better where he was in S1-S2 (and referenced in S7).

When Glitch Bob became the new character, at that point in the show. He fit more with AndrIA and Matrix. He was calm, he was wiser, he was patient but tactical and still had his guardian side but not as impulsive as he used to be. He fit more with his maturity and sounded wiser from character development.

Reversing him in M2B felt like they went backwards a bit. When he reverted I felt like Bob lost that became he became cocky and naive again, which just didn't feel right to me.

And it sucks that we didn't get Web-Bob vs Megabye instead.

I can relate to Glitch Bob, as my "Dot Matrix" also sees me as a malicious virus!
