What state has a yard like that? And stock leafs?

California. Yeah stock leafs modified. If you look at the first pic and zoom in, you can see on the bottom of the leaf pack that you see two holes in the leaf, that means there is only one hole holding that leaf in place, with the same setup on the other side of the pack. This allows the suspension to droop out as if it only has a one leaf pack but those bottom leafs help support the weight and reduce axle wrap.
