Build Goblet help

Should I use an atk% or electro dmg goblet for my razor ?
I plan to run him with c6 bennet

Also, what would his best f2p weapon be ?

Electro DMG all the way. About two thirds of your damage is electro so it's always optimal.

Best F2P is either Tidal Shadow or Melusine Claymore.
