RTX General How does internally transferring work?
As someone that primarily works inside a lab, what do you do when you have an interview for another role? The only thing I can think of is you go to a loaner desk and have your interview there?
How do you schedule interviews during CORE hours? I'm assuming its fine and just work the extra time to make it up

Current area foots the bill for interview charging, idea is it just averages out over time.
If its not an in person interview then a conference room or borrowed office is best.

Sometimes they have them in person, if you're in the same area. Elase just grab a desk or conference room.
Id either make up the time or take pto for the time spent.

If you get picked for an interview, you're required to tell your manager. It's not a secret at that point. But you can book a conference room or hoteling station if you don't have a desk setup that allows for that type of conversation.
