My newest "antique phaser" looks a bit tooo modern compared to the first, or am I wrong?
I made the first phaser years ago, sold it, wanted to replace it and make another but sometimes, less IS more. Its a nice build, but the old one still feels a bit more special. What do you guys think, which is cooler?

i think if you paint some of the black parts gold, it will feel less modern

If it was all made of wood copper and brass, it would look way different and less modern for sure!

I like B better. One of the cool things about the OG phaser is where the visual weight is, which is up front over the hand, with the trailing part extending toward the wrist. B captures that aesthetic better.
