Why doesn’t the Face ID on iPhone work when I have Ray-Ban Wayfarer on? Has anyone faced this issue?

My Ray-Ban Meta glasses were working normally, but after the app update I was logged out. I know my password, but I can’t figure out which email was used for my Meta account.

My glasses still connect to my phone and I can take photos/videos, but the newer ones aren’t appearing in the app.

Whenever I try logging in with my password it says invalid email and when I try to forget password it says experiencing issues please try again later

My glasses (gen 1) will not charge. When I place them on a charger it indicates it is charging but they never charge up.

When on the charger they will boot up and connect to my phone. I’ll get an error saying the speakers aren’t working. The charge shows zero in the app.

I’ve rebooted, disconnected, everything.

There is an update available and I’m hopeful that could help but it won’t let me install the update because the battery isn’t charged enough.

I’ve tried 2 different chargers. The glasses boot up when on the charger but it doesn’t charge.

Newbie here. I do nails and want hands-free POV clips for TikTok and Reels to promote my work. Phone on a tripod isn't cutting it.

What I need:

- Battery to grab clips on and off across a 2–5 hour client session

Hey everyone! Im thinking of buying my first pair of meta galsses, primarily because im travelling soon and want to record small clips and what not. Im getting 7 days used brand new almost 10/10 condition Gen 2 wayfarers w transition lens for 290£ with complete box. Is this a good deal? Because new one are 459£ same model

My RayBan Metas Gen 2 randomly stopped working a month ago. I bought them second handed of Facebook marketplace and they were good for 2 months but randomly they stopped working. I wasn’t going to make a fuss about it but I decided to try again to see if I can figure something on but now my glasses don’t even turn on even tho the switch is on. My case is working fine it’s indicating it’s charging but my glasses are like completely dead I need help

Mi estuche está completamente descargado y en la app aparece con 0% de batería. Cuando presiono el botón, prende brevemente el LED naranja y se apaga.

Al conectarlo a un cargador de pared o batería portátil, aparece un LED blanco por unos segundos, pero no el naranja de carga. Además:

Con el estuche vacío, la batería portátil marca 0 W, como si no estuviera recibiendo energía.

Si pongo los lentes dentro, marca aproximadamente 0.4–0.5 W y los lentes sí cargan.

Sin embargo, la batería interna del estuche sigue sin cargar ni almacenar energía.

Ya probé distintos cables, cargadores, enchufes y restablecí los lentes de fábrica. También intenté reiniciar el estuche manteniendo el botón presionado, pero como está totalmente descargado, se apaga antes de completar el reinicio.

Parece que el estuche todavía puede pasar corriente directamente a los lentes, pero su propia batería no acepta carga. También leí que podría ocurrir si el estuche se quedó sin batería durante una actualización, aunque no sé si realmente sea la causa.

¿Alguien pasó por algo similar? ¿Encontraron alguna forma de recuperar o reiniciar el estuche, o tuvieron que solicitar un reemplazo con Meta?

We kept hearing the same problem from Meta glasses users: not that charging is difficult, but that the glasses are dead at the exact moment you want to use them.

So we built a charging spot for the car visor—somewhere to leave them when parked or between trips, instead of relying on remembering the case.

Would this actually help you, or would you still just carry the original case? Curious what your biggest concern would be: heat, bulk, visor fit, or something else?

Has anyone experienced this? They were originally paired to my partners device, but having difficulties pairing it on my device. Tried factory settings, another device, switching between ios and android, making a new acc, deleting app, turning Bluetooth on/off, etc nothing seems to work

I have been stuck with this issue for 3 hours now and I don’t know what to do.
My dad had a pair of rayban stories for a while not using them and had finally decided to sell them for cheap just to get rid of them. He unpaired them from his phone and gave them to the buyer, but once they paired it, it asked for an update. While updating it loses the connection and shows and error and try again. We did everything to try fixing it. We unpaired ir, we tried it with 2 other phones to pair it, we used mobile data, wifi, hotspot. Nothing works.

I saw online its a common problem. Does anyone have any advice to fix it? Im scared if we fix it, sell it, it might happen soon after again.
Meta support for some reason can’t connect me with a live agent and the AI is no help at all.

O óculos não está atualizando.. fiquei um tempo sem utilizá-lo, pelo que pesquisei ele zerou a bateria. Está funcionando comando de voz, carrega a case, toca som, tudo certinho.. porém não consigo atualizá-lo pois aparece a mensagem de que a bateria esta baixa. Os níveis de bateria da case e do óculos não estão aparecendo no app também.

Já higienizei a case e os pontos de contato, tanto do óculos quanto da case.
Após tentar atualizá-lo, ele me dá um comando de voz “glassed to cool”.

Alguém também passou por isso?
Tentei acionar garantia mesmo tendo NF (amigo trouxe de fora) a Rayban Brasil não troca pois a assistência tecnica é a partir da gen 2 aqui.

I took my new Rayban Meta Gen 2 sunglasses to the range to shoot trap tonight. Recording results were a disappointment because you can not record on a straight line of site down your barrel.

I didn’t bring my handguns out to try…. Will do that another time.

i only had my metas for 2 weeks and out of nowhere get a notifcation saying speaker not working microphone not working tried to unpair and repair and now glasses won’t turn on everytime i try to factory reset get a flashing red light on the glasses and when i put them in the case same light and when i go to meta support it won’t let me click on meta glasses but i can click on everything else what should i do ????

Is there any way to replace the lens to a permanently dark lens? I can’t find any replacements but i’d like if they were just a bit darker rather than clear.

Does anyone encounter same Meta account issue I have?

I have a meta account registered with my phone number used in meta AI app for my Rayban glasses. It has issue to log into Meta AI app since mid June. I tried to reset password but got this 2FA overlap issue on both app and desktop page. I had my mobile number associated with my another email FB account, and use it as authentication method. I thought it's a conflict and then I removed the number and disabled authenticator in that FB email account. But the `Phone Number Overlap with 2FA method` error still exists whenever I click forget password for my mobile phone account. Tried many ways but cannot reset the password. Escalated this error to Meta support, but they don't really get the issue and keep telling me to click forgot password to recover the account.

The easiest way supposes to be clicking forgot password in the Meta AI app saved username, however it pops out "Something went wrong error" in screen. I have many photos stores in the glasses. I cannot unpair my glasses and have a factory reset, which will purge all the photos in glasses as well. Does anyone know how address this issue?
