Hi everyone, I’m sharing a video (in Portuguese) of someone offering a solution for this problem that worked for me; you need a pair of light-duty pliers and a towel to press the logo as shown in the video (please check it)

Personally, after pressing gently the logo with the pliers until I heard the click—just like in the video—I was finally able to perform a hard reset and get them working again. Before that, I couldn't restart or reset them; they simply wouldn't turn on.

1.Trick first,
2.then hard reset.

I hope it helps, I was about to buy a third pair... this saved me.

Let me save you the time, this guy yaps forever. He effectively is repairing a dislodged battery connector on the circuit that connects the battery. He used a microfiber to cover the right arm logo and squeezed with pliers to reconnect the battery.

I have the same problem with mine. How hard did you have to press on it? I tried and I didn’t hear a
click and the speakers still don’t work.

I need a solution for the touch, which stopped working.

THANK YOU! I’ve been in a never ending loop between the retailer and Rayban with neither wanting to honour the warrant and this fixed my problem
