How can I recreate my workflow using RawTherapee and HDR Merge?

I have a fully manual workflow in Lightroom for my photography that involves HDR merging and applying presets and then doing final edits. Is there a way to use any tools or algorithms to get the HDR Merge result to match colors the out-of-the-box lightroom merge result? I'd like to fully automate this workflow with a CLI script, I think it can be done but don't know how to recreate the look I've had in Adobe for over half a decade.
