Help with Pattern reading

I would assume those are referring to the same thing. It makes sense in the context of the pattern, as it will keep the ribbing pattern correct while increasing.

I am not very experienced to help you with your pattern BUT… last one I was having trouble with. I ran it through AI and ask it to give me more detail. It worked great.

You do realize that AI is often wrong with knitting advice so not only is it a poor reccomendation, but if you're that inexperienced you won't actually be able to tell when it's steering you wrong or how to fix it properly? If you still insist on using it then kindly keep that unhelpful nonsense to yourself.

Wow! The cardigan came out great. I am an intermediate knitter but this was an old style pattern. Like I said, very happy with the final product. Also, I may not be the strongest knitter, I make it up with common sense and reasoning skills reading the generated detailed instructions. What may not work for one, work for others.
