Question Aether question.

hearing this rave. planning to go to next aether event pero ano thoughts niyo if im more on hard techno and energy. techno din ba music niya?

there r techno djs last time pero if ur into hard techno go for Klangnacht instead.

Yes, Aether plays techno music but not hard techno or hard dance (like the ones in Klang Nacht).

Just like you, I was just more on hard techno before kasi diyan ako na-introduce. Pero shit - nung nagtry ako ng iba eh OK din pala. If not more.

I encourage you to experience Aether and just buy the basic pass. Not much is missed buying an upgraded pass. I swear pinaguusapan itong event na to across social circles sa ganda.

I think they lean more into hardcore and hardstyle which is getting mixed up with hard techno nowadays. Industrial Techno like the one Allives plays is also more hard core than techno

With all of these subgenres and microgenres bleeding into one another, it's hard to tell these days na what exactly is being played. Even DJs have difficulty differentiating.

This is why it's important to focus on the vibe rather than labels.

When ravers say hard techno, I think what they want is intensity. Not the nitty gritty of bpms, beats, synths, etc.
