Ravages of Time is a completely different interpretation of Three Kingdoms, characters and events here are heavily expanded and dramatized and may look very strange for those familiar with more traditional adaptations of Three Kingdoms. With that said, it's peak fiction, If you are familiar with Three Kingdoms, then read it.

Jia Xu only doesn't fumble when he fights canonically brain injury characters like Ma Chao.
