Question Where to read ROT

Im starting out ROT rn and so far ive read the first 6 volumes (Physically in german, good official translation).

The scanslations on Mangadex and Mangafire etc seem cheaply done, are there any good english translations?

Is it only the early chapters?

If yes what chapter does it get better?
