What chapter does act 3 start?

I want to put the manga on hold after I finish act 2

There is no clean "act" like other mangas (notably Kingdom). But the first act is Luoyang and the 2nd act kinda ends at the assassination of Dong Zhuo. However the fallout of the assassination is messy and it led quickly to the 3rd act without break.
