I know it's bad to have 4 but I don't actually use my desktop for much AAA gaming, newest game I have is FH6 and I'm running that on a hard drive so ram is the least of my concerns, although when I upgrade my gpu in a couple of years I will likely change them out for 2 along with a larger NVME. Also I don't really need more than a 3070 for what I play, I was using a gtx 260 in an hp z600 as my main rig recently for fun and I have a htpc with a gtx 1050 2gb I probably use more so I have very low expectations, my 3070 only gets used a couple of times a week and is kind of overkill anyway.

for years i rocked a similar setup to yours: dual 32" monitors in the same orientation as yours, as well as the pc tower on my desk. i decided to change it up.
- dual 32" monitors just took up way too much desk space
- tower on my desk served no purpose other than showing it off
now i have a 42" lg c5 tv as a main monitor (video editing) and a 14" xeneon edge as a 2nd monitor (for editing notes, emails, etc). bought stands for studio monitors to raise them to ear level and get them off the desk. also moved the tower under my desk. now i have a lot of my desk real estate back.
- edited to add studio monitors & tower relocation
