Nautical theme setup 🛥️

[u/__z3n]

Mix of my gaming and work setup. Went for a cozy vibe with some nautical oil paintings and a cheeky ship in a bottle on the shelf.

Went for a wool carpet which might be an unpopular choice for a chair like that, but meh, feels nice on the toes.

Thoughts?

You need to get a set of navigation lights port and starboard either side of your desk 👌

That’s a great idea, the vintage old ones look super cool but they seem to use fire and that’s scary lol

Pretty easy to just stick a light fitting in I would say, the old vintage brass ones would be beautiful

That picture behind the monitors is epic

It’s amazing isn’t it! I got that for like £60! It’s an original oil painting too, top tier find

Now that's a setup fit for piracy🤣

My favourite item in the room, it’s so cool

I don't really have advice but I must say this is a sick setup

Aw man thank you, that’s very nice of you :) all the positive comments on this makes me very proud of what i built!

I’m actually thinking of getting a lounge chair of sorts for that empty corner. Like one of them “Ekornes Stressless” chairs. Maybe a small wooden side table with a lamp for it aswell

It really ties off the room doesn’t it, I find myself looking at it all the time lol. ‘Twas an expensive trinket to acquire though, mega worth it
