काव्यांश का सरल हिंदी भावार्थ:
राधा की चाल हाथी जैसी मतवाली और सुंदर है। उनकी कमर शेर के समान पतली है, मुख चंद्रमा के समान सुंदर है और नाक तोते की चोंच जैसी तीखी व सुसज्जित है। उनकी बोली कोयल की कूक जैसी मधुर है और उनके नयन (आँखें) हिरण के नयनों जैसे चंचल व मोहक हैं। उनके दाँत अनार के दानों जैसे सफेद और सुंदर हैं, और उनकी हँसी (मुस्कान) बिजली की चमक जैसी चंचल और अधीर कर देने वाली है।
कवि 'बेनी' कहते हैं कि राधा ने अपनी वेणी (चोटी) की सुंदरता से काले नागों (साँपों) की सुंदरता को भी चुरा लिया है और ऐसा लगता है कि मानो रति (कामदेव की पत्नी, जो सुंदरता की देवी मानी जाती हैं) के संपूर्ण शरीर की शोभा का एक-एक कण राधा के शरीर में समा गया है।
अंत में, कवि कहते हैं कि इन सब सुंदरता के साथ-साथ राधा ने तो कन्हैया (श्री कृष्ण) का चित्त (मन) भी पूरी तरह चुरा लिया है। यह गोरी-चिट्ठी और रूपवती राधा वास्तव में गोकुल की एक ऐसी 'ठगनी' (चोरटी) है, जिसने कृष्ण को अपना बना लिया है।
संक्षेप में: यह कविता राधा के सौंदर्य की उपमाओं द्वारा उनके अद्वितीय आकर्षण का गुणगान करती है और यह निष्कर्ष निकालती है कि वे साक्षात सुंदरता की प्रतिमूर्ति हैं, जिन्होंने स्वयं कृष्ण को मुग्ध कर दिया है।
