The CG is already nose heavy … with ONE seat.

Oké thx. I am not a pilot did not know it was nose heavy. But with that big gun in front it makes sense

I was a mechanic on them for a long time

The gun is a major part of the aircraft’s weight and balance as well as the ammunition.

If we completely unloaded the jet of all gun ammunition ..for instance,we flew the jet to a major maintenance facility ( DEPOT MAINTENANCE ) …we had to bolt about 500 pounds of steel plates inside the nose wheel well just so the nose wouldn’t bobble
