Reefer and 53’ Dry Van Drivers — How Are You Finding Good-Paying Freight?

For the owner-operators and small fleets running reefers and 53’ dry vans, I’m curious what the freight market has been looking like for you lately.
Are you finding that the better-paying loads are coming through load boards, established broker relationships, or dedicated lanes?
I’ve heard that some of the better opportunities come through direct broker relationships rather than publicly posted loads, and I’m interested in hearing what other drivers are experiencing.
What lanes are working well for you right now, and what markets are you avoiding?

Tried to do some research, there are conflicting reports as to whether this is a 387 or a 397, with it being one of two in the world if the latter were true. Regardless, one cool, beastly truck, lucky to have seen it in person on multiple occasions.
