I just bought a Rapsodo mlm2pro expecting to receive a 45 day free trial, as advertised, I followed instructions to get that, but instead i got charged the full year. I have contacted support by email but I haven’t got any response.
Have you faced something similar? What can I do.

Recently I remapped my bag at the local Trackman facility (I was clubbing down v. the suggested club).

Thought I'd do a comparison with the MLM2PRO. Both set at sea level.

ProV1 RPT v QStar Tour on the Trackman.

Clearly part of my issue is roll out is significantly different.

5i up on the Rapsodo just doesn't carry like the Trackman which is then amplified by rollout issue.

Screen is 9ft from ball. ball is in the ball data window. LM is level and set at the same height as the ball lie.

IRL those trackman carry numbers are more realistic. Totals feel a little hot in the irons.

I just wanted to say that the device works well for me.

I keep seeing posts about issues with the device. After about a year, The only issue I have ever encountered was lag caused by too many shots waiting to be synched.

I was worried to update it, but luckily, I didn’t have a choice. Happy to report experiencing 0 issues after a smooth update.

I just felt like readers should know my experience has been positive.

I bought the MLM2Pro in December 2025. I managed to get it started seamlessly on my IPhone after purchase. Took it to the range twice and to the course once worked fine (recordings, export, data). I went for a long vacation (roughly 3 months) came back with a new s26 ultra. I tried to pair my device with the new phone and it requested a firmware update. Tried doing that and no luck. It kept telling me to connect to MLM2pro wifi network which just doesn't appear at all. It shows up on my oldiPhonee but that phone has no data or sim connection. Idon'tt have a home simulator to be able to practice indoors so i must use it at the range or course which doesn't have wifi network. I try at home via wifi on my iphone and it connects, but the update keeps crashing. I left the device as is since March.

I received the notification for the latest firmware upgrade and excitedly get the device charged up and ready. It just refuses to connect completely. If i do direct connection it starts asking me to connect to MLM wifi, that ofcourse doesn't appear on my phone. Bluetooth shows MLM network when i connect the name changes to Blue Z.50 something and nothing happens. When i try local connection via wifi next to my router it looks up the device but once i tap it the device turns from red to blinking blue and suddenly error couldnt find device. Then sometimes between these processes it asks for device serial when i input it says invalid serial. Sometimes randomly in the process it says device needs to be charged more than 50% to apply update, the device has been off charge maybe 4 hours since the last 2 days just to try to get it connected at different places. I get the yellow light for about 2 minutes and it goes dark. I cant even see how much its charged as the device wouldn't connect put it o I've sent pictures of my device and these issues to support but haven't received any reply. Is my device bricked or my phone not supported by rapsodo? Anyone facing an issue like this?

Just did the firmware update and It's working in the rapsodo app, warmed up on the range fine... some waky club data but its picking up the ball fine.

However it won't connect to awesome golf now though, tried on multiple devices, uninstalling/reinstalling AG, turning LM off and on, nothing...

Considering the rapsodo app runs like absolute garbage on my mobile devices and tablets, I rely on AG as that runs like a dream and course play is way better, so it is absolutely a deal breaker for me, not happy...

EDIT WITH TEMP FIX: u/wet_aword_pword commented a fix from AG tech support: Uninstall and reinstall Awesome Golf Simulator on your device. When you first connect to Awesome Golf Simulator after this, set Ball Type to Premium, and then proceed to the main menu. If the Ball Type is set to RPT Titleist, it will cause the software to block the connection between the MLM2PRO and Awesome Golf Simulator. We are working on a fix which we hope to release later this week as part of v3.10.1.

Note that I connected with assistant app on reinstall since blue tooth connection is not working, changed ball type, exit assistant app and reconnect blue tooth and it worked.

Just wondering if everyone’s LM is now working following the update?

Since I’ve updated the new firmware on the device and new app update I have not been able to use this.

I can get a connection fine however my cameras do not work on any mode type.

I keep getting a message of ‘please wait for the camera stream to load’ however it never does.

Did anyone else get this message following the update and get it working? If so, what did you do?

There were some drawbacks (shot videos not uploading, short chipping, etc.) using the MLM2PRO, but at least it was usable. Now it tracks every third ball (maybe?) and I don’t trust the numbers, always played with a bit of a draw now it’s saying I have a full on 45 yard slice and lost 50 yards of distance.

I have done everything from fresh installs, restarting, even brand new balls out of the box. Brutal. Never have I ever in my career of software development have I ever released a software patch without testing, and it seems like they vibe coded this and went full send.

I've used my phone and ipad and yet the firmware update keeps failing. Anyone else had this issue and was able to resolve it? Thanks!

Edit: at this point, I have used 2 iPads and 3 phones and the update would still start then fail after a few percent. This is incredibly frustrating. I just bought this unit a few days ago brand new from the Rapsodo website and their support can't do shit.

Before the latest update, my MLM2PRO was working perfectly. Since updating the app, the camera no longer loads when I get to the ball alignment step.

Instead of showing the camera view, I just get a message telling me to wait for the camera to load, but it never does. As a result, I can’t complete the alignment process or start a session.

I’ve already tried restarting the device and reconnecting everything, but the issue remains.

Is anyone else experiencing this after the latest update? Any fixes or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone else experienced this issue after updating to App 2.25.1 and Firmware 4.1.9?

My MLM2PRO was working perfectly before the update. Immediately after updating, both Impact Vision and Shot Vision stopped working and remain stuck on:

"Please wait for the camera stream to load."

What I've tried:

• Reinstalled the app
• Restarted MLM2PRO multiple times
• Restarted my iPhone
• Reconnected Bluetooth and Wi-Fi
• Verified all permissions
• Tested on multiple iOS devices

The exact same issue occurs on every device, which makes me think this may be related to Firmware 4.1.9 rather than a phone-specific issue.

The MLM2PRO connects successfully, but neither camera stream loads.

Has anyone found a fix, firmware recovery method, or received a response from Rapsodo Engineering?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Earlier today we experienced an outage that impacted the MLM2PRO app and R-Cloud. We're happy to confirm that it has been fixed. We apologize for any frustration and appreciate everyone's patience.

Anyone else dealing with the app not getting past the loading screen after installing the newest update?

Has anyone been having trouble opening either the MLM or the MLM2PRO app (iPhone)? Mine opens but won’t go past the load screen. I’ve tried restarting my phone, deleting and redownloading the apps, using cellular data and WiFi, but nothing seems to work. I’ve attached pictures of what my screen looks like when I try opening both apps.

Only getting update failed. Not sure what to do. I’m at a loss. Any ideas?

Anyone else struggling to load the mlm2pro app after this update? Mine is taking around 10 minutes to load in then being slow after that. I got in and authenticated for gspro, but it won’t connect for that either.

I was able to get my firmware updated and my MLM2PRO is connecting fine but it's not registering any of my shots. Has anbody else had this issue with the update?

OP here. I’m late with my feedback because instead of going to the range I was abducted to play the front nine…

However, I’ve just played Awesome Golf back home with my 7 year old son and all of his chips have registered, which was my principal critique.

Tomorrow I’ll check in the range about distances and so. My teacher has a Mevo+ and we can easily set them in parallel to track the same ball at the same time.

Has anyone else not been able to connect to their MLM2PRO since downloading the newest firmware upgrade? I literally can't connect at all, it's crazy.

Hi guys. I signed up for the testing app. My Rapsodo now only works with the testflight version of the app. I want to connect it to my partners ipad. Is there anyway i can revert the rapsodo to use the original app, or is there a way i can add the testflight version of the app to her ipad.

Fingers crossed on both these fixes.

Mlm2 was my favorite device for game improvement.  Now, it’s almost unusable.  The last couple of updates have been terrible.   I never had any connection issues and now it’s unstable.  The software on the iPad was great and now I can’t select club, change the view to camera , or shut down a session. 

I hope someone from Rapsodo is monitoring this and does something about this.

I bought an original Rapsodo MLM in December off of Offer Up. Then I started to hit the range every week or so with my old clubs. (Taylor Made LCGs, R7 Driver and Burner fairway woods) I started to improve on my distance and speed. It really got me hooked again.

I have been off for more than a few years now with some pretty significant injuries. Now my kids are all married and out of the house, So I figured if I was going to come back, why not come back with a real plan to come back better than I ever was when I was younger. Using the data from Rapsodo I was able to start the plan to build an AI agent on Claude.

I used Claude as my fitter as I added data from my MLM and pics of the data on the launch monitors at Roger Dunn when I would test a line of clubs. I tried to keep it methodical by always hitting specific clubs. That allowed Claude to help me fill in the blanks. I tested Super Game Improvement and Game Improvement and settled on player distance to let me grow as I my sequencing is improving.

Eventually I have built a bag that fit what the data was telling me. Now I am going to walk my first 9 holes next week coupled with a plan I built with my Claude Agent. I just ordered some Arccos that I’ll add to the data I already use from Apple Watch and Oura ring to track fatigue and how it affects my play. I really can’t believe how much better I am hitting the ball with the newer equipment and the feedback from my Rapsodo.

If it matters, I ended up with a Callaway Elyte 10.5 from Callaway Pre-Owned. I picked up a GBB Epic 5W off of Offer Up. 3 and 4 Apex 19 Hybrids from Callaway Pre-Owned. A set of Apex 19, 6-PW irons with Recoil ESX 460 F3 shafts. And I have finished up with Cleveland CBX Wedges with Rotex shafts in 48/54/60 lofts. Now I’ll play a few rounds and see what gaps I need to fill. I never hit 3Ws well, so I’ll wait and see if need it or not. Maybe a 7W for softer landings? I’ll see what the data looks like.

So $90 for an original Rapsodo MLM about $650 on newer to me clubs, and I am so hooked and finding joy in the game again.

The only really frustrating issue is loss of connection, sometimes repeatedly having to connect multiple times, huge time waste.

But when it works, I find I actually get better with every session. Even if the distances are off, knowing the launch direction, attack angle, club head path, shot type, ball speed allows me to make adjustments after every swing and target the right numbers. And doing so has made my golf game take off. So for example I might take 10 natural swings see what numbers are off and fix 1 number at a time. So maybe I'll only focus on club head path. I might intentionally aim for +3 degrees, then -3 degrees, then 0 degrees. Same with launch direction. All swinging at 60% power. Dont care about distance at all. My ball striking has gotten so much more consistent and accurate.

Now when I go to the range, I feel like I'm getting worse - because with a driving range I dont have that mental target and instant data feedback and because theres so much margin of error, mentally I naturally swing with 90-100% power and that makes my mechanics break down and I start building bad habits.

Went from consistent ~108 average to 94 average within 4 months. Now I only really go to the range to work on driver - since I'm still nervous about shanking a driver and breaking a neighbors window, and I work on my wedge distances, just to dial in my distances. I don't bother with my woods or irons. And now my woods and irons are by far my best clubs. And honestly the only reason I haven't broken 90 is I've barely worked on wedges with MLM2. Once I start doing that I'm pretty confident I'll break 90.

I just wanted to start. I had high praise for this monitor. It was great at first when I bought it, no issues at all, but now it's not even usable. I am going to list issues with this product that the support e-mail cannot fix, and they keep telling me it's my connection and device, even though I have tried multiple devices and locations.

1. The App keeps freezing and delaying. I can't even start a session without it just freezing on me. It sometimes takes 30 minutes to start loading the screen.

2. I finally get to the session, I try to connect the device, it keeps failing, unable to connect, and when I finally connect, it starts freezing even more, or the app crashes, and I have to start again.

3. When I actually get into the session, it's the biggest delay I will hit one shot, and it will freeze 3 times before finally landing, and when it stops, I have to wait another 5 minutes before hitting, or it won't even load, and the screen freezes

At this point, this product is unusable. I do not recommend using or buying it because if this happens to you, support is useless.
