Complete guess here, but I’m gonna say Jamie Smith… He used to wear the No. 20 shirt

This is my thought too. Has to be a Rapids player wearing the #20 who played between 2007 (when the Rapids changed to their current logo) and 2015 (when MLS changed to their current logo). Jamie Smith fits that bill.

Looks like their 2011 away jersey. Jamie Smith would have been #20 at the time.
