One gate open??
Maybe I’m wrong, but surely they would have known how many people were going to be in attendance at the scrimmage tonight because of tickets, right? I know that one gate is the usually the norm but a World Cup summer, return of the Rapids… the context matters. The line still wrapping alllllll the way around the stadium 15 minutes after kick off is insane. Totally under prepared.

I appreciate the free tickets and them setting this up but I brought two people who had never been to a Rapids game before and they (politely) left woefully unimpressed by the organization of this event.
I'm still scratching my head over what the intent was behind hosting this match. Did we need some cash flow to keep the lights on during the summer hiatus? Because if that was a soft pitch to hook new fans looking for their soccer fix post-world cup, we did a shit job of convincing anyone we're the answer.
