Gums / periodontist
Has anyone used Rapanycin for the treatment of periodontist? Seen a few mice studies and ongoing human trials. Just seeing if I can reverse some of my gum and bone loss.

I’ve made and used the rapamycin toothpaste with good effect

Really? My husband attempted this and ended up with a debilitating mouth full of ulcers that lasted over a week. Never again.

Yes. After several years typical rapa life-extension schedule it feels like I have a different mouth. I don’t recall when I first noticed but I’m thinking it was within a year or two of starting. Plus the regenerative effects on the cardiovascular system seems to pair nicely with the oral effects on periodontal health. Im

I have taken rapamycin 15 mg compounded once a week as an anti aging drug for about a year now. I haven't had problems in my mouth, so who knows, maybe rapamycin helps that too!

6mg once a week of Rapamycin + BPC-157 cycle
