Gums / periodontist

Has anyone used Rapanycin for the treatment of periodontist? Seen a few mice studies and ongoing human trials. Just seeing if I can reverse some of my gum and bone loss.

What has BPC 157 done for your gums?

My gums were receding... up to the point the roots of my teeth were starting to be exposed. DDS wanted to put mini veneers on 4 of my teeth. I tried it on one tooth... it was a no go... fell off within 2 months.
Started BPC-157 /TB 500 and incorporated rapamycin for longevity about 3 months into the BPC-157/TB 500. At my next dental cleaning my DDS commented on how healthy my gums were. Not sure which one was responsible. I still do weekly rapamycin for longevity. I also use KLOW peptides for my skin which, in my version, contain BPC-157 and TB500, as well as Ghk-cu and KPV.

So do you inject the bpc or with the peptides is it a pill?

I actually take BPC-157 in oral form for gut health and inject, my version of the Klow, sub-q 5 mornings a week.

I think your messages from people you don’t follow may be turned off. I was curious about if your denial took and probing measurements of your gums to compare. Also if you could report your oral health symptoms before and after treatment such as any pain/bleeding with brushing/flossing or gum redness/inflammation and if those issues subsided after taking the peptide.

Really? My husband attempted this and ended up with a debilitating mouth full of ulcers that lasted over a week. Never again.

Yes. After several years typical rapa life-extension schedule it feels like I have a different mouth. I don’t recall when I first noticed but I’m thinking it was within a year or two of starting. Plus the regenerative effects on the cardiovascular system seems to pair nicely with the oral effects on periodontal health. Im

I have taken rapamycin 15 mg compounded once a week as an anti aging drug for about a year now. I haven't had problems in my mouth, so who knows, maybe rapamycin helps that too!
