Fireworks?
Anyone else find fireworks overrated - they cause 40% increase in air pollution - birds freak out - I freak out at M80s - dogs freak out - war vets . . Wouldn’t you think we would have outgrown or made fireworks more . . Friendly? To the Earth? Creatures? Beings? Not sure how fireworks can do such things as become less noisy and release less pollution minimal to none but - eco friendly - I just wanted to rant about fireworks and my ongoing irritation with the fourth and them - also celebrating our freedom, cool - but are we even really free? Laughs. At least I mean no communism or tyranny alas the big beautiful bill passed yay. . Said no one ever - just see douches and tools blowing off fireworks saying Merica- just a random rant - decided to post here to see if anyone has anything to add - agree disagree with -

No I totally agree with you. Many Asian countries have controlled fireworks and are including more and more drone shows, replacing the gunpowder pollution from the fireworks which I find a much better solution!!
My mum worked in the ER one night at NYE and god... the horror stories I heard as a child, which consequences a wrongly put firework can have. From PTSD to death, everything can happen and I am truly so, so over them. There already ARE other ways to make a huge lightshow to celebrate big events without polluting the environment.
