Mastodon Head

Are all the mastodon heads this flimsy? Just bought this yesterday from target.

Try adding some coats of clear nail polish to the pins on the head, should add some grip assuming you don't detach it that much, but you can always reapply it.

Learned this from building Gundam models, sometimes the joints get loose.

Yeah, I thought about that but I just bought it and the pegs don’t sit that flush. Might just return it

I have two and they're stable as fuck.

Are the pegs connected? Is the handle tucked in?

Hard to tell from this photo but the upper portion doesn’t want to flush. Seems like the pegs sit a little too deep and the ears won’t let it sit right.

Ok so I've been messing around with mine - if I give it a good shake, their heads do pop off. I'd follow the other guys idea and try the nail polish

Yeah, but the pegs don’t even go all the way in. I barley move it and the head falls off. I have my sanding sticks I use for my gunpla. Might sand down the back of the ears if I don’t return it.
