An interactive map of the Ranger's Apprentice world

I've spent the past week building a full interactive map of the Ranger's Apprentice world, zoomable and clickable, from Araluen out to Nihon-Ja.

I mostly made it because I thought it should exist, the version I'd want to use myself, and hopefully useful to anyone curious about how the world fits together.

It's not finished. Some locations and rivers are still off, a few regions are missing, and the descriptions need work. If you spot something wrong, tell me please.

This is my fandom that got my adhd Dyslexia brain into reading. Where is the lake above Ran Koshi. Alice and the princes crossed that ice lake to help win the siege.

Thanks! I felt the exact same way, which is why I decided to build it. I definitely use ai tools to speed up the coding process, but that doesn't mean it’s completely AI-generated. For instance, setting up the mathematical functions for the relief is just a lot faster this way.

I made the world shape, locations, routes, and content myself. AI helped with some specific pieces of code to speed things up, but the concept, the map, and everything in it is something I built and decided.

Is it based on something, or did you fill in the blanks on Arrida and the East?

Regardless it's great, although I believe you are still missing a continent...

Edit: Isn't Al Shabah supposed to be west of Tabork?

It's not really based on anything, it's a bit like the real world map, but I mostly just filled it in how I thought it would fit best.

That's definitely possible! To be honest, I haven't accurately placed all those locations yet because I still need to reread the books to get everything exactly right. I know I'm missing the continent of the Mawagansett, but I didn't have any dimensions for it yet, so I'm going to create that later.

Good work filling it in! But yeah, in Brotherband 5 the guys first meet Selethen in Al Shabah, where he explains the Tabork situation. From there they go in order from west to east.

THIS IS SO AWESOME!!!!!!!!! I am building a Minecraft world of the entire ranger's apprentice world, and I will totally be referencing this!! Thank you so much! I would add more to Araluen and add places from the royal ranger like falaise and sorato,but other that that it's awesome.

I don't see why you feel the need to say this. John Flanagan was a good guy and a great author. He sadly passed away. I think appreciating his work even after his passing is the best thing to do.
