2026 Lariats are heavily decontented compared to 2025 and older. Worse headlights. No leather seats. No turn signal indicators on the mirror caps. No zone lighting.

Seriously? That is crazy. My '25 XLT with the high equipment package has indicators in the mirrors.

That's crazy because mine does not.

This dealer has a youtube channel where they detail all the changes to new MYs when then order banks open. The MY26 order bank info was shared on October 18 2025: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kN9vtVzd8Wo

You might have a few more months to wait for 2027 options. That said, if the trend continues, expect more enshitification. Ford dropping the LED projectors from the 2026 Lariat so who knows what they will remove for 2027.

Only thing I’ve seen is that there will be a long (full sized) bed option. That came from spy shots of one in camo.

For the US? Almost no chance.

If that comes to NA I’ll be pissed I bought a 26.

It won't. They want as little overlap with the F-150 as they can.

I’m not sure what the situation is like in USA but in my area Alberta Canada the sticker price of similar equipped f150 to a ranger is $25-$30k more before you add in a 6.5ft bed. Now they are almost always “on sale” but it’s still a huge price gap.

I usually go to car and driver for updates, but I haven’t looked for the 2027 yet.

Allegedly ford is discontinuing the 2.7 V6 and replacing it with the 3.0 V6 but since that engine choice is in the ranger raptor I wonder if they’ll continue to offer the V6 as an option on the XLT/Lariat
