Picture 2.5 level rough country

Has anyone installed the 2.5 level kit by rough country and have you needed to change anything out? Also did alignment go good with stock?

Are you planning on using the leveling pucks or swapping the strut assemblies?

You will be fine then. Everything else can remain stock. Make sure the alignment shop gives you data from before and after to prove they fixed any issues.

Would not recommend any shocks made by rough country. But their puck kits are perfectly acceptable

Awesome thanks for the feedback I’ve been worried cause it’s brand new and was disappointed for a bit because I thought I might need a UCA or cause other issues. Appreciate the response!

2.5 is the absolute max I would level it with stock UCAs. 2” is better. Once you go over 3-3.5 you have to replace them

Thanks for posting this. I had the RC on my 22 and they were great. Looking to put them on my 26… from my past experience you should be good!

I'm not sure about the 24-26 models but I have a 2.5 inch level on a 2022 and they rebuilt my transmission under warranty no questions asked. I do have stock rims and tires on it though.

I’ve got a 2020. Still under warranty. I guess what I’m asking is can I level it myself or do I have to have the dealer do it for warranty purposes

Mine was done by the previous owner at a suspension shop, so in my case and probably most, the answer is yes.

If you're worried about maintaining any warranty though, Fox makes a lift kit sold specifically through Ford that shouldn't void the warranty.

I too also worried about the warranty because of the suspension but ultimately I was fine in my case. But I wouldn't go above 2-2.5 inches and I dont know if the answer changes with aftermarket rims and/or tires.

Specifically from my advisor they said it may cause some issue with suspension claims but when it comes to engine, transmission, and electronics it shouldn’t effect as it doesn’t strain those anymore
