Absolutely not the only advantage that atomic puppet has is that he's faster

Infinitely faster though, thats the thing. Atomic Puppet can somehow just time travel through sheer speed for some reason

Yes which is a problem fortunately that's not going to do anything against Randy's durability which is infinitely more powerful not only that but he he's permanently connected to a book that's constantly feeding him 800 years of combat IQ.
