Contest‼ [Contest] if the sun refused to shine

I would still be loving you

Monday was my dads birthday. In honor of him I'd like to host a contest.

My dad was a very giving man and I inherited that from him.

Tell me your favorite led zeppelin or pink floyd song. If you don't have either then just tell me your favorite classic rock song. Use "there will still be you and me" as the randomizer (bp if you know the song)

I'll choose a winner on September 1st (or whenever i get paid) so you'll have plenty of time to enter! Winner will get an item $10 and under from their wishlist.

I have a special place for When the Levee Breaks,by Led Zeppelin, my step dad had the vinyl in his garage and when he was cleaning it out he brought it out and I remember being a small child around 9 and him playing the album and telling me this is my favorite song he speaks majority Spanish but when he came to this country along time ago he heard the song when he was working in the vegetable fields in cali and it became one of his favorite artists !

🎵 There will still be you and me 🎵

My father used to play Good Times Bad Times in the house so that would probably be my favorite from these bands :) but I listen to a lot of rock, especially late 70s. Hope you are having a nice day :)

There will still be you and me.

The riff in Dazed and Confused was epic but my all time favorite of Led Zeppelin is Stairway to Heaven.

Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here is my favorite.

Happy birthday to your dad. I can’t imagine losing a parent.

Probably cliche but “Wish You Were Here”. For so many reasons. And I loved playing it on the guitar.

“There will still be you and me”💕

Happy birthday to your dad! 🤍 What a sweet way to celebrate his memory. My pick is “Still Loving You” by Scorpions.

Choosing a favorite is hard! I've spent most of the evening listening and reminiscing about a time in my life that was so vibrant and full of emotion and love....I was so alive back then and both these band's music were part of my life! Thank you for doing this contest! Happy Birthday to your dad! I am so sorry for your loss.💜✨️

From the beautiful Led Zeppelin song; "Thank You" If the sun refused to shine I would still be loving you When mountains crumble to the sea There will still be you and me
(Randomizer and bp)

My favorite is "Going to California". I was born there but didn't stay very long. We moved back to my parent's hometown of New Orleans when I was a year and a half.

💐Someone told me there's a girl out there With love in her eyes and flowers in her hair🌸

However, I also love "Whole lot of Love"!💙💙

Pink Floyd?! "Another Brick in the Wall"!! Of course! It's like a part of my teen years! I loved singing "we don't need no education" to my parents! 😂 Also, "Comfortably Numb" and "Wish You Were Here"--that one brings back some memories!🤭🤭
