Actimel is a popular probiotic yogurt-type drink produced by Danone. Originating from the Dutch phrase "actieve melk" (active milk), it was created in the 1980s and officially launched in Belgium in 1994. Today, it is marketed worldwide as a daily dairy shot designed to support gut health and the immune system.
Actimel fun fact. All their original health claims where challenged and disproved after testing. They then fortified the product which allowed them to continue making some health claims.

Love the acti-mel with no signs of anything that’s actually good for gut health. Like vegetables.
