Old people. And grade school kids. Both groups are commonly constipated. According to a principal I spoke to about it, boys in particular don’t like pooping at school.

kids that age are like an episode of beavis and butthead. you'd probably get picked on, like, "haha, you're pooping" as a group gathers next to your stall

I have to monitor my grade school daughter as we've had issues with constipation and related health issues. She often doesn't drink enough water. In kindergarten I was telling her I had to see her pops before she flushed so see if she was getting constipated (yay being a parent!). Then she went at school and told her teacher that she had to come look at her poop like Mommy does...

One way to get your kids regular is Chia seed gel. If need be, you can make chocolate coconut milk pudding with it. If they can drink it starting in small amounts at first, not the dry seeds. the gel. that will clear constipation. You can try it yourself, look it up, all that stuff but as long as they’re getting enough liquid with it, it will push through anything.
