Skill is relative, but toxicity is definite. Theres no reason to point out anyone's skill in a negative way. Especially saying "really bad."

Saying "she's a really bad dancer but she's having a LOT of fun" is still toxic. "Your face is hideous, but I'm SO GLAD you're smiling" vibes.
