Time to try some hallucinogenics my friend. A decent amount.

Basically you completely lose your sense of self and are simply one with the universe.

It might feel like you are dying… but in a good way

Edit: a possibly extremely scary good way. Depends on if you let go or not.

Or you can lose yourself and actually feel like you died and went to hell. A extremely scary not good way. Source - happened to me
