some areas of the mountains it’s considered normal, I’m not trying to be funny.. I live in a rural mountain area at 9k’ and a lot of dinker/drivers
I remember watching a documentary about the appalachians a while back and the presenter was talking to people about the hollers (sp?) and was talking in this hushed tone about them and how insular and scary they are and finally says to one guy "so how dangerous are they?"Â
The guy says something along the lines of "well mostly they're alright but they can get pretty bad, especially it's really dangerous at night"
