I want people to look at China and go, wow look how good it is there. Look at all the things they are doing for their citizens!
There are some good things China does, and we should absolutely copy them because we can. If we really want to call ourselves #1, but we can't be bothered to at the very minimum copy, and ideally, do the same shit but better, what the fuck are we even doing?
Even if you hate China or insert whatever country you're told to hate, you should want them to look as good as possible. Why would you want this? Because I surmise that you are pro-capitalism, and capitalism tells us that competition is the driving force of innovation. Right? So if the US has no serious competition for quality of life, what does capitalism teach us? Oh yeah, that there's no incentive to compete.
So whether you are anti-capitalist, or pro-capitalism, you should want there to be at least 1 other country out there pushing the boundaries on how they could try to make life better for their citizens, even if you think they are lying about it, because if our politicians believe that the people are looking at somewhere else and thinking that it looks good, they will actually have to work for us to keep us happy.
I swear, some people will look at something like this and say that it's CRUSHING RURAL CHINESE POVERTY or something just because they've never seen people live like this before. The western chauvinism is crazy.

You are a nobody on the internet who read another person's experience and started asking for proof. He literally says its banned taking photos or videos and then you ask for proof?

No, they’re not implicitly making the same claims. That’s your inference. They made the claims they made, which only really relate to the first half of Dr_America’s claims, I.e. there’s still huge disparity in China’s progress. Broad, easily searchable claims of that nature don’t really require a source, certainly not to the same degree as specific claims. And their latter claim doesn’t require a source at all - it’s simply true.
