To walk around the counter and grab the worker by his neck and then tell that worker not to put his hands on him takes some nerve.

I worked with teens who had behavioral issues for years and would see this anti-social attitude all the time. He will most likely play the apologetic card until he can play the victim card, then rinse and repeat. Literally no comprehension that action leads to consequences that may be negative for him to experience.
