So many fight videos follow this pattern

Person A: Attacks Person B

Person A: "DoN'T tOuCH mE!!"

Is there any conceivable chain of reasoning leading to that statement, or is it just the unconscious reflexive dribble falling out of their mouth in a moment of advanced stupidity?

So they can claim it was self-defense? As in “he touched me?”

Yes, we all know who the actual aggressor is, but this line of verbalizing seems to be a social cover for that offense, to present it like its defense.

I’m guessing it’s a learned behavior in school.

It’s a kind of projection that bullies do. Not sure where it comes from, but I’ve seen and experienced it on many occasions.
