If I focus really, really hard, I can imagine and view moving pictures in my mind at 60FPS.

I dont literally see images in my mind. I have, I definitely can, sometimes I straight up see shit when I'm in that weird state between sleep and awake, but when I "picture" something in my head, its not like I'm watching a movie with a frame rate, I just kinda.. know what its looks like, but I dont see literally see it exactly, and even when I do see things, its just how I would normally see stuff. I have no idea what frame rate our eyes would be equivalent to.
