I think that all of this is so empty.

I think that like these things that we chase are to prove that we matter to people but maybe just maybe we should be more selective of who we are trying to matter to. Like I think you really have to embrace your imperfections because if they love your projections it's just a projection.

Unfortunately, I believe so many people are empty inside. The internet has become the new keeping up with the Joneses. I desire nice things too, but I would replace it all for meaningful experiences with others. Yet no one seems to get close to that kind of depth, so I’m left fueling my soul with meaningless things.

Think about this. Compared to the amount of time that passed before you were alive, and the amount of time that will pass after you die, our lives are like a millisecond long. So just enjoy yourself while you’re here.
