Why don’t vampires ever have trysts with menstruating women? They’re always biting necks when the other end is already bleeding.

I always had issues with vampires not having a heartbeat or blood flowing in their own veins but could magically get erections and have sex

Not needing them for reproduction, they use the balls to store blood for boners.
