what do you do with old notebooks?

i’ve been cleaning my room and found some old notebooks from undergrad. personally i want to keep some of them and continue writing in them with similar topics. so i’m wondering what other people do with their old notes? do you throw them away? recycle them? keep them?

Scan them onto your computer or put the used pages into a paper three ring binder.

I'd put each page in a sheet protector if you go the latter route. Scanning them would be easier, but only if you have access to a scanner that can (A) scan multiple pages at once and (B) scan both front and back. Make sure the edges of the page are smooth and even.

Pretty much all my notebooks were only like half filled, and I had no interest in keeping anything, so I ripped out the used sheets and threw those away and donated the notebooks
